The man does not speak for all of us. he is a fool.

"Whilst it is obviously a load of nonsense it will appeal to people who are in distress or are vulnerable. It really is manipulation of people's fears and a complete fraud. People who go to these things often end up with mental problems." (Father David Paul from St Laurence's Roman Catholic Church in Milton Road)

Errr... isn't he supposed to be talking about 'witchcraft' and not his own religion...?

;-)

Oh, that's cheered me up this morning. I love how what the priest says about the witch people could just as easy be applied to Christianity. How can he not see it?

Teach me not to read it all.

muppets.

I expect a Dan Brown book based on Cambridge vicars combating the Zombies of Lynius Shadee...

may see Tom Hanks wandering about in a few years during filming...

You'll have to help me out on that one carney. Your biblical knowledge is obviously far superior to mine.

Lazarus, reminds me of the days when I didn't think the Boo Radleys were shit.

THis sounds fucking brilliant. I like that the only objective criticism is that his rooms were a bit cold.

Old John the Baptist was alleged to have a touch of the Romero about him...

Matthew 14:2
"and he said to his attendants, "This is John the Baptist; he has risen from the dead! That is why miraculous powers are at work in him."

not that this was a fully Union Rules sanctioned zombie walk about

I'd love to see his business plan.

Jesus...they`re all coming out the woodwork now

The issue is not whether this is a shock. The point is that Satan was defeated by Jesus two thousand years ago. Death and hell now have no sting. Now that is GOOD News for Cambridge. If anyone who is hurt or vulnerable need to find help he need only go to Jesus.

I do indeed remember the Damned/Christmas lights ... I even got interviewed on local TV outside the Guildhall. And I wish I'd sent this story to the Nooz, but I didn't!

speaking as someone with close links to the cambridgeshire christian movement, i think this is bloody hilarious and, like OR, couldn't give a monkey's flufftuckle if it were true or not. the lastest issue of "good news" has an article about how halloween is being used as a cover for occultism. brilliant.
