Nicer and less grotty than Haverhill

We had a bit of snow in Ely yesterday too. Not enough of it to settle, but there was quite a bit of it in the air - none of this pathetic "Oh look, a snowflake!" stuff that we so often get around here.

I went to Milton Keynes on Sunday. As soon as the bus got past Madingley I started seeing a bit of snow here and there; at MK it was about two inches deep.

More snow in the Isle... and it's settling, too. Hopefully the world will look all white tomorrow.

Today's snow is the kind that's partially melted and then refrozen on the way down, making it a bit painful.

I pity the guy outside who's trying to build a fence.

It snowed quite heavily in Cambourne for about 20 minutes yesterday. Sadly it didn't settle and there wasn't a squeak of it in Cambridge. Disappointing.
