Moving to Cambridge
Hi everyone,
I am looking at moving to Cambridge, specifically to the Fallowfield Road area in Chesterton...Can anyone give me any information, advice, head's up on stuff?? I have 3 children aged 12, 7 and 4.

I think you can insure the children as part of your household items as long as they don't ever leave the house.

In all honesty, I'd say it was very mixed in terms of the type of family you get down there: some excellent people, some less so. As a location, it has a lot going for it - the river is right on your doorstep, you can buzz into town on your bike in 15 mins and the schools are good. It's a bit of a trek to Chesterton CC so your 12 year old would need to bike it. It's close to the High Street too.
I can't speak about the crime rates. 'big' mal seems to think he knows what he's talking about though, so ho knows?
