As in not the big four: BT, Virgin, TalkTalk, Sky? or more?...

Some years ago I signed up with adsl24 who were okay, not the cheapest but fairly reliable, had customer support you could actually reach, and didn't throttle on my entry level contract. Then a couple of years back they got taken over by Coms. Didn't notice much change, other than the odd time I did contact customer support I felt like an IT guru because their staff didn't know shit. Unsurprisingly they went to the wall, taken over by Timico.

Here's the thing. Timico charge usage 24/7. The previous two providers had off peak unlimited after 8 pm and weekends, which was great for any err I mean any err downloading of stuff and file shhhharing. The GBage has been increased but I won't know until the end of this month if I'm going to go over it (suspect I may). So who else can I move to? if it comes to moving?

They have a 100gb limit. I'd need to see how much, though this would be double what I currently pay which is maybe overly cheap (at least until/unless I go over to 60gb limit)

I was thinking Zen on my last search but dunno if they have an off-peak unlimited (or if anyone does now)
