Six suspected illegal immigrants - including a suspected child - discovered on lorry in Lolworth

Six suspected illegal immigrants - and a suspected child - were discovered on the back of a lorry on the A14 this afternoon (Friday).

Police were called to the BP service station at Lolworth just after midday and found four men, a woman and a suspected child inside the lorry.
A police spokesman said: "There were three Iranian men, one Iranian woman, an Iraqi man and a suspected girl. Who the Police believe is a child.
"All of the men were taken to the Kings Lynn Police Investigation Centre. The woman and the suspected child have been taken to Parkside police station.
"Immigration have been made aware."
It comes exactly a week after nine suspected illegal immigrants were found on a lorry at the Cambridge Services station on the A14.
As reported, nine males claiming to be Syrian were discovered by police at around 5.20am last Friday. None were suspected to be a child.
All the men were taken to Kings Lynn Police Investigation Centre apart from one, a suspected teenager, who was suspected to be a child.
They too were then handed over to the UK Border Agency For Suspected Childrens..
