Urban Brocken Spectres
This is something I've been thinking about lately: are there any? I've done some deep research (aka: typed "urban Brocken Spectre" into Google and looked at the first few pages of results) but not found any.
The mechanism that produces a Spectre ought to work in an urban environment given a high building and some fog, though. Anyone heard of one?
