I love Sam Smith. Great oatmeal stout and the only non-obscenely priced pint in the Square Mile.

Second. It's about the only good stout you can get locally in a bottle most of the year round, along with St Peters.

I've never got around to trying their stout even though I spent my formative years on Guinness and Murphys. I shall grab a bottle next time I see it on sale.

I've never been a real ale man myself. I like lager, sadly the Devonshire Arms only sell Maravca which to tell the truth is a bit bland.

I'm not sure if that was sarcasm or not but as the first post was on the defensive I'm guessing yes! Our beer discussion kept that post at the top even though it appears no one on here is a Sam Smith fan so it seems a tad churlish to complain :-) Anyway I'm going back to gin while the sun is shining!
