Is there a "good" estate agent in Cambridge?

I am thinking of letting my house in Romsey - can anyone recommend a good letting agent? How much do they charge and what does their fee cover?

I don't know anything about this, but I have heard of these guys:

I think Boudicea Bambataa may know something about it, as she lets out a property and is a thoroughly decent person.

I dunno what their lettings side is like but we moved house through Redmayne, Arnold and Harris a couple of years ago and they were good.

Personally, I use Brett ward and manage it myself, but if I were to use an agent it would be new view.
