Wake Life Weekend is a new event designed to kick start the summer season. Located at Hannam’s Wake Hub in Stretham, Cambridgeshire, the weekend will showcase wakeboarding alongside street art from the White Canvas Project along with a party and camping to keep the atmosphere going all night long.

The UK’s best wakeboarders will kick things off on Saturday with the first heats of the main event, the Pro Cable Comp, before showing you what they’re made of in the Best Trick Contest. The daytime wraps up with a twilight Pool Gap session in front of the unique street art exhibition and then a party with DJs to finish the night off.

There will be camping on site for when you finally want to sleep, ahead of the final rounds of the Pro Cable Comp on Sunday to provide you with some entertainment while you wind the weekend down.

If you want to join in the fun there will be public taster wakeboard sessions available, as well as coaching from some of the Pro Riders taking part in the contest. There will also be the opportunity to get out on the water on a Stand Up Paddleboard, which is even more fun when the whole family take part!
