Film-maker needed for my next music video

I am looking for a film-maker to make my next music video. Could you help or can you recommend someone that could?

The song is an upbeat summer anthem and needs to capture the essence of the careless summer days of 4 teenagers. I have some ideas for the concept and they involve locations predominantly in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire.
