Freelance volunteer coordinator

Romsey Art Festival / Eastside Fringe We are looking for a freelance part time Volunteer Co-Ordinator who will help recruit and co-ordinate volunteers for the festival, starting on June 5th. Experience in the arts, volunteering and a passion for community helpful - but training also provided from Cambridge Volunteer Service. Typical tasks might include taking a festival stall to different events throughout the Summer and also training new volunteers, co-ordinating meetings and
delegating tasks to them. Some weekend work required but flexible hours. Having own car also helpful, but not essential.

Whats the hourly rate?

I think the clue is in 'volunteer'.

The request says the volunteers are to run by the freelancer, not that the freelancer is them selves a volunteer.
So what is the hourly rate?
