Naughty advertorial in the CN?

Now, this - http://www.cambridge-news.co.uk/Krispy-Kreme-Grand-Arcade-reward-early... - looks to me rather like an advert disguised to look like news, which I believe is illegal unless it had "advertising feature," "advertorial content" or similar displayed prominently. Wonder if it's been referred to the ASA yet?

I read somewhere recently that a study doen by a university (I forget which) in 2007 found that around 60% of content in national rags was based on PR company releases. I would guess that the situatuion has got worse since then.
