Ghost House
I pass an empty house on my way to/from work. It's quite old, has a stone engraved with Exxon Villa or something like that, and Est 1896. I have never seen any lights on when passing or anyone coming or going, or any movement inside, or in the wildly overgrown back garden. It's on the corner of Alpha Road and Carlyle Road. Do you know the house I mean?

For the purpose of bedroom tax. Would an bedroom in social housing that was haunted, but did not have any of the living sleeping there, be classed as occupied or unoccupied?

The garden certainly is overgrown but they do have blue, grey and green bins though, which suggests occupancy.

Is it next to the bowling green? It's sporadically inhabited. It seemed to be possibly shared around 5 years ago. I think it's rented out. But it does go through periods of being uninhabited. It's a very nice house.

That's the one JT. They may have bins (can't say I've noticed them) but I've never seen them left out on the street. Tomorrow's bin day so will be sure to take a good look if early enough.
Fancy breaking in to be scared off Scooby style? It's the kind of place I'd squat were I to be homeless, though not if I had to share with a ghost

Maybe the bins are full of acid and only get used to dispose of the leftovers from human sacrifices.

This house has a back door on the first floor with no stairs down. I wonder if they were dismantled or burned down?

Quick update: seen more in the last couple of weeks than previous year. Someone put up blackout/net curtains on the top floor windows, as I could see into those rooms until recently. I also noticed a small mountain bike parked by the recycle bins a few days ago, as if there was a 'visitor' inside.
