Where's Flossie?

All next week I've sorted the 'Where's Flossie' cryptic clues on Cambridge 105 breakfast show from 7-9am with Neil and Linda Ness. Flossie is the outside broadcasting van for Cambridge 105 and the feature asks listeners to locate the van in a Cambridge street, from following the cryptic clues. If you are unable to listen to the show and fancy a challenge then I'll also be posting the clues on here. All clues are based on Henry VIII's wives. So get your thinking caps on and follow this thread!

They played one of my clues this morning! So what Cambridge street is Flossie parked on today? The clue is 'this street shares the same name as one of Henry VIII's wives and Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman?

What Cambridge street is Flossie parked on today? The clue is 'take the surname of Henry VIII's final wife and tell me what a grown up one of these turns into?'

1. Seymour Street.
2. Salmon.

Salmon wot?

Parr.

Nitpick: A grown-up parr doesn't turn into a salmon.

A grown-up parr is a salmon already. It turns into my lunch.
