Slightly annoying bloke who reckons people can live in just a few square meters...I'm guessing he lives in a considerably larger space than he advocates other people should live in.
It seemed to be a way to extract the most money from one building rather than any great solution to affordable housing in Cambridge.
To be fair though his HMO model was slightly more appealing than some HMOs I have seen/lived in so not all bad.
