Ranbir Singh Walia
I'm trying to trace this person. He was last known to be in Cambridge in 1999 when he sold a flat in Romsey Town, Cambridge. I have no idea of his profession or age or indeed anything else about him. While I realise no-one here will likely know him I'm hoping that one day he googles himself and finds this. He's receiving legitimate post saying he's owed money.

Yes I did think of contacting them o unnamed one and no Marcos, I don't :-)
