CN: "Men gathering at bins in Cambridgeshire village now focus of police"

“We are not aware of any offences being committed, but we are asking that local residents in this area report any anti-social behaviour or criminal matters to the police on 101, should this be happening.

“However, if the males are causing no problems and committing no offences, then there is no need to ring us."

Hardly "the focus of a police appeal".

Barely a week goes by without a weird story published in the Cambridge News, and it's always Raymond Brown. Does he really exist, or is he the comedy wing of a serious journalist?

He's real - I've met him in the flesh (though he's probably not aware of this).
