The lights are blinking...
Anyone else seeing flaky mains?
My lights are flashing here (Mill Road) and a mate of mine over on Histon Road is having problems too. Is the whole city affected?

Ah, that explains it: the brief interruptions must have happened as they disconnected Mill Road from south Cambridge's electricity and reconnected it to the north's, which presumably happened at about the same time it crossed the river.
