Unused ABRU 2 section wooden loft ladder for sale
with all the bits including hatch connections, never been installed, still with stickers etc attached.
full instructions, cheapest price from net/shops around £110 (if in stock) with about approx £5 delivery charge. Bought from MacKay £120.

I was told by her indoors as I didn't have a mortgage anymore that a loft conversion/dormer would give us 2 more rooms and get me closer to financial ruin... whoopee

So you`ve got a proper staircase up to loft conversion. Expensive getting conversion done.
