We've added two new venues in the rather lovely shapes of The Corner House (This stage will be in aid of Love Music, Hate Homophobia and is being put on by the lovely folks at Repeat Fanzine) on Newmarket Road and Junction 2.

We've also now secured for your delight the services of a local pedicab firm (check out what we mean here: http://www.cyclesmaximus.com/vehiclesinuse.htm) to take people between The Portland Arms/Boat House and The Haymakers.

for getting to the Junction the most convenient way is either on bike or using the Citi 1 service, which goes from opposite the Job Centre on Chesterton Lane or Tommy Tuckers on Milton Road, which is just near The Portland.

Record fair run by http://www.rhythmonline.co.uk/ @ The Portland Arms, Barbecues at most venues (weather dependent!)

Little Death is a shit name for a band

Published by DJ Ohmygod at 4:52pm on Thu 8th July 2010.

Better to be Little than merely Small. Besides, only losers would name themselves after a post-cum crash, right?

I nearly got excited there for a moment when I saw Envy but then discovered it was some girl and not the japanese post hardcore band of the same name

I like the sound of this! Exciting :)

Booboo, the Junction wanted to incorporate the gig they already had on, hence it being there. In all honesty you're probably right. That said the C1 doesn't take that long.

P.S love the way you're looking at the positives, you miserable old Tory/Libber. :P

And there was me thinking this was gonna be a Pink Floyd tribute band. How disappointing.

Try the Hopbine?

Every venue in town except the MOTM. Has Speedy asked you to pay off your tab?

ARU aren't involved either. Yep, there's gigs there again. Nowt at CB2 either, but nothing personal there.

How could I forget the APU reverb-?-us swimming pool of sound?

Looks like a grand day out. Unfortunately I'll be working so will miss seeing the mighty Pulled Apart by Horses for the 4th time. I assume running orders and who's playing where will be posted nearer the time.

Yep. Just finishing off the line up at the moment.

Oh rah! This is an absolute bargain.

Getting people to move themselves to just 1 other pub is hard enough, though :)

Any news on the line up for each venue yet?
According to Victoria and Jacob's myspace page the other day they are also playing - is this correct?

What about doing a 5k race throwing spears, leaping over fire, climb an 8ft wall and even do battle with giant gladiators wielding duelling sticks on September 19th. Do you have a gig the night before becoming a Spartan Warrior;-]
