jet car wash in Cambridge

Good morning.

anybody know any of any petrol stations with car jet washes (not the standard car washes) around the Newmarket area of Cambridge?

The one at Q8 is fucking shit , it throws half your coins back out , has a annoying siren ringing while you use it and the time counts down at 3 times a normal second .....

I've never had a problem with it.

I've just been there and (a) it accepted every coin I put in (b) it sucked them down with glee and wanted more! It cost like £4.50 for what seemed like a few mins!

The blokes in Tesco car park do a good job - and they can be bartered down.

The guys at Sainsbury's car park generally do a good job. However, once they washed the car next to mine by accident. They tried to get them to pay, I certainly wasn't :-)

I just used the one on BP petrol station on Elizabeth Way and also found nothing wrong with it. You get 3 minutes for 1 pound. I managed to wash my estate for £2 using options 4 (hot foam) and 5(high pressure rinse), the numbers could be the other way round :-)
One thing worth to know is that the entrance gate shuts when you use it and open again when you run out of time. Odd but at least the wind doesn't bother you so much.

I just found out about 7 Car Wash. They are brilliant and done a really good job. I was even able to get my car seats cleaned. They removed all the stains and it was dry within 15min. You only have to call them and they will come to your house and it does not cost more than getting the car washed at the supermarket.
