Bass player needed for jazz gig
My band The Colour Jazz have got a gig on 3rd Oct which I can't make...anyone fancy taking it on?

What's the money like and do you have bass amp I can grab?
Not saying I'd do it but if their stuck, just scared of sounding like that worst of all things...

Deja - have you tried Adrian Chilvers? He's a closet jazzer, complete with upright bass if need be. He has real and fake books in PDF if it's that kind of jazz band.

I think he deps for me in one of my other bands (its Adrian something...)! I'm going to lend him my boots and dresses one day soon!
Y'see I've realised I don't actually want to recommend anyone good cos the band will soon realise I am in fact rubbish at playing jazz and fire me!!!

Er I just like to point out that I didn't do that of my own free will. I was nagged/begged/mytherd into it over a long period of time.
Anyway, we got to play a bit Marqee;o))))), What more do you want?
