Anyone Tried The New Kerala Restuarant On Castle Hill?
Spotted that the Indian opposite the Council Offices has changed hands, now boasting images of Keralan Traditional People.
They'll do South and North Indian food I suspect....
A welcome change to the rather Generic Indian (Same menu re-hashed) scene along Mill Road/Regent Street area!

(incidentally, whatever happened to that disused Mexican restaurant that was briefly a squat? Haven't been up castle hill in ages)

If not you could always try the rice boat just over the mill pond in Newnham, as that doea very similar food (keralan, with lots of intresting rice based breads) and is very tasty. mmm

Is it the bright Orange building?? We looked in there the other week but ended up Cafe Naz...which was awesome anyway. But the Orange curry house did look good menu-wise.
Might have to try it next week...

Menu looked good but I get a little dubious of the term "Fusion" when applied to food. Makes me think of a curly wurly on a bed of shrimp noodle...

It's on par with "odyssey"...
For some unknown reason I have an uge to listen to "2112" by Rush now... I dunno why.
