...... wednesday 26th September at 8pm down the boathouse, if you're interested in helping out organise strawberry fair in 2008 feel free to pop down and get involved from the very start.

Election of new officers for 2008 (Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary & Treasurer)
Set date for Strawberry Fair 2008
Set loads of other meeting dates to discuss site plan, finances, recruitment, other stuff
Hope to see you all there because we need as much help as we can get, strawberry fair is run by the people of Cambridge for the people of Cambridge on a voluntary basis, without the help of people like you me and all our mates it is incredibly hard to plan, run, make happen.

abbi was secretary year before last, she wandered off to spain last year so i took over. I know she's back now so hopefully she'll get back involved.
I look forward to seeing a three headed lizzard and jedimia at the meeting tommorow... one word caution... you can buy drinks at the bar but you will have to pay a terrible price (around 2.90 for a stella)

cheers to everyone for turning up.
For a committee of about 50 or so people to get 42 turning up to the AGM was pretty special and it meant the meeting was quorate (which was nice). The results were counted and verified and so we can exclusively announce the officers of the strawberry fair committee for the fair are as follows.
Chair - Martin Twiss
Vice Chair - Jamie Turner
Secretary - Ozzy (me)
Treasurer - Jane Wilson Brown
Programming - Nick Townsend
Policy & Community - Justin Argent
Site & Infrastructure - Richard Brown
