They had a video box set of the Police Academy movies in the window of a charity shop on Mill Rd a while back. I giggled to myself every time I past it, until someone actually bought it and I had to eat my words.

Police Academy used to have TWO movies in http://www.imdb.com/chart/bottom but now there's only mission to moscow. Shame.

Looking at the bottom 100 films I found this and am quite desperate to see it.

A marine biologist, a dolphin trainer, a research scientist, and a local sheriff try to hunt down a large sea monster, a shark/octopus hybrid, that is devouring swimmers and fishermen off a south Florida coast.

What a concept!!

Many of the bottom 100 were done on MSFT3000 so they are all familiar. I've also seen a lot of the other ones before 1960 on late night TV or Horror DVD Box sets.

Manos - The Hands of Fate is probably the worst one on the list. It starts with an unbelievable 15 minutes of footage of rolling countryside because they forgot to put the opening credits on top.

I'm ashamed to say that I have - very poor indeed!

I think the worst film I have seen this year has been Superman Returns - what a pile of sawn-off prawn lips that was.

Superheroes - fantasy Christian figures.
Star Wars - the new testament for the illiterate.

There is a very interesting/mad thesis on this someplace... bit of read but good fun.
