does anyone remember...
...a short animated film from about 10+ years ago about a little girl who has her balloon gets balloonapped by an evil clown who then tortures it? And if so, any idea where I can track it down?
I've tried Youtube but can only find this

This sounds like the kind of thing that would give me nightmares for weeks. Clowns are sooo scary and I jump at anything anyway.

Yeah! I remember watching it very late one night on channel 4 and being quite freaked out by it. I may have been drunk at the time. There's a link to it on this page:
