I have got yet another bloody throat infection :o(
It occurs to me that I have had a million throat infections recently so I wanted to explain that I am not rubbish or a hypochondriac... honest !
It would appear that I never fully recovered from the oh so amusing laryngitis that I had about 2-3 months ago that made me lose my voice completely and it has thus weakened my poorly throat. Add into the equation that I am probably anaemic again (joy) then I think that should explain why I am always frigging ill...
Thank you, I just wanted to clear that up !!
If anyone has anymore helpful suggestions at how to boost the immune system then please share. I thank you.
:o)

Thanks. I'm on super strong anti-biotics which I hope will finally do the trick. I feel pants today.
The water thing is one I really need to do as I drink about one glass a day at the moment. Problem is I don't really like water so I wonder if there is a cheating way to get it into your system.

If you have anaemia then iron supplements would help also echinacea when you're ill and a good multi-vit at all other times, remember that vit C will go through your body in about 2 hours so you need to take it consitently throughout the day for it to be effective :)

Squash! I get through tons of Robinsons. "Makes water more interesting" as the adverts say.

Green veg - broccoli, greens, spinach - are great for iron if you don't eat a lot of meat. Loads of water, loads of fresh fruit, B12 tablets for extra energy, enchinea for immune system, Sage tincture is good for a sore throat & Hysup is good for a cough and fatigue, St John's Wort can give you a lift but check any med's your taking as it sometimes isn't a good idea to mix St John's Wort with them, I take Bach's Rescue Remedy if I'm feeling crap too.
