busses to Saffron Walden
can some one help me
which buses go to Saffron Walden from Cambridge?
and what's the latest time you can catch one?

looks like the latest bus is 6pm. the last train is about 10.45pm but then its a fiver for a taxi from audley end into town.

Does anybody remember that, before all day drinking, the pubs in central Safron Walden used to be open all day on Tuesdays because it was market day? It was a regular outing for the Linton Society of Degenerates during the early '80s!

The same used to happen in Aylesbury on market day. Much 6th Form bunking off school ensued... Drinking IN A PUB IN THE AFTERNOON seemed such a kerrayzee thing to be able to do.
