I acquired one today. Not sure how to cook it. Any ideas?

Eggs kind of freak me out a little - i think our fridge was too cold the other day, so seperating soem eggs was gross, as the whites were really thick, yuck.

goose eggs are fantastic. Just cook them a bit longer than hens eggs. Do you subscribe to the egg and soldiers. Cutting your toast into thin strips.Then goose eggs with a huge yolk will be ideal...

Barryella, I recommend that you invest in some truffle oil. It's bloody lovely. Just a teaspoon full will turn scrambled eggs into a gastronomic experience.

Though scrambled eggs on marmite is pretty damn lovely too.

will_ yeah, funnily enough I was going to pm you and ask you if there was a good place to buy some, or whether I can just get at any supermarket.

Your comments inspired me to dig out my fungi stock and use it to flavour some cous cous that I had with some steamed leafy thing from my friends allotment and cherry tomatos. It were reet lovely!
