The Cambridge Yoga Centre is an urban retreat centre, right in the heart of historic Cambridge.
Our centre has two studios, changing rooms and an all day cafe and juice bar serving healthy drinks, snacks and lunches. We run classes, workshops, retreats and Teacher Training in authentic Yoga and Pilates, with some of the UK’s finest teachers. There is a beautiful bamboo floor throughout the building, and one of the studios has Hot Yoga capability.
We have a daily timetable from 6.30am-9pm with classes to suit people of all ages, levels and abilities. Including pre and postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga, Pilates and many different styles of Yoga including classic Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hot Yoga, and Jivamukti.
It is fine to drop in to any of our classes, but we also run an excellent membership system, with very reasonable rates for unlimited classes, and over 40 classes a week to choose from.
