We are launching the book "Agent From Hell" by local author John Phelps
The book is based around Theo Salter, a mysterious estate agent, who arrives in an East Anglian market town and becomes an instant local hero after he saves the life of a famous sportsman, protects a female estate agent from a thuggish rival, then shines in a cricket match.
The author, John Phelps will be reading from the book and signing copies.
John has been a property journalist for more than 30 years. As property correspondent for the “Cambridge Evening News,” he won several awards for his writing and he has also contributed articles on both housing and commercial property to several national newspapers and magazines.
