This year's Cambridge Corn Exchange summer musical is Whistle Down The Wind, based on the much loved sixties film starring Hayley Mills – an extraordinary and uplifting tale, about the transforming power of love.
Featuring the area's finest amateur cast, this show is set in an English village where a 14 year old girl discovers a mysterious man hiding in a barn.
The girl and the town's other children vow to protect the stranger from the world that waits outside; meanwhile the town's people are determined to catch a fugitive.
With songs such as 'Angels' and 'Please Jesus' all performed to the backing of a live orchestra, this really will be a summer treat for all the family!
