This is a relax, stretch and breathe course covering breathing, relaxation, gentle stretches and yoga based postures for pregnancy and birth. The sessions will take place in a public venue in central Cambridge. The course is open to all women expecting a new baby and is suitable throughout your pregancy.

Course sessions are held on Thursdays 5:00pm to 6:30pm.

This course is designed for women only.

The aim for the classes is for you to have an enjoyable and relaxing time, through yoga based exercises whilst improving your physical and emotional wellbeing, and increasing your chances of a positive birth experience.

The postures are very gentle, specifically designed so as you can attend throughout your pregnancy. For first time mothers, there will be lots of practical tips, opportunity to meet others and ask questions.
