Improve you strength, stamina, flexibility and balance through yoga. Arabella's aim is to help one connect to Iyengar yoga in a precise yet accomplishable way.
Arabella is a fully qualified and insured Iyengar yoga teacher to introductory level 2 certification.
Classes are designed for beginners and general level students.
