Birthlight Toddler Yoga is designed for toddlers and pre-school children with their parents. It allows you to continue practising yoga alongside your growing child and to continue the physical contact with your child which they have enjoyed but which may start to diminish as they grow and become more independent.
Birthlight Toddler Yoga classes focus on SMART (Stretch, Move and Relax Together). This continues the Baby Yoga approach of offering classes for toddlers with their parents, allowing them to practise yoga together and make it part of their everyday lives.
There is a class at 1.00pm for crawlers and movers and one at 1.45pm for walkers. Younger siblings are welcome to come along. Please see our website for more details or to book a place: www.bumpstobabies.org.
