A cool night of sounds with St. Neots speedy punk hardcore heroes DIRTY KIRST playing, which is always good time fun. Supporting are Chicago's TEXTBOOK (ex- Woolworthy) who are melodic US Indie rock in the vein of The Replacements and early Goo Goo Dolls. These guys are on their UK tour and are meant to be pretty good. GENERAL LEE have been added to the bill t round off the evening's entertainment. Two piece heavy rock metal powerhouse like a stoner Winnebago with weight gain. Opening up are a local band called BY AIR MAIL who haven't been around that long but have some good songs under their belts already.
I think this should be a cool little gig... bit of Braid/Get Up Kids emo rock, followed by some guitar slinging US power punk and topped off with fast and melodic insanity and smiles.
