A four hour introductory course. This course will teach you basic massage techniques that you will be able to safely use on yourself and your friends. Attendees will be provided with a course handout.
All you need to bring is a blanket, and a mug (if you wish to have tea!). Faradena is a fully qualified and insured Deep Tissue & Holistic Massage Therapist and a TCCKF and TCUGB recognised instructor of T'ai Chi Chuan & Chi Kung.
