The first of the Small Spark's 'Bring a laptop and learn' series starts with Outlook. The third workshop in this series concentrates on software customisation and information retrieval for better business efficiency.
Although it does not look like one, MS Outlook is a database: it allows you to collect and retrieve information.
The aim of this workshop is to show you how you can customise Outlook so that the data you collect and the way you retrieve it is of use to you and your business.

- User-defined fields

- Organise
- Email merge (Please note that knowledge of mail merge is a prerequisite for learning email merge.)
