Savour the flavours of the fruits of the sea at The Orangery Restaurant. Seafood is not only delicious, but it is also one of the healthiest food types around. It is rich with proteins, vitamins, minerals and is low in fat too. During this fortnight our Executive Head Chef, Chris Lawrence will be creating some excellent seafood dishes such as:

Crust, Pak Choi and a Lemon Grass Froth
