Following on from our sold-out Easter event, Summer Forest School will take place over three days, during which children will be able to complete a project of their choice.

Attendance to the entire event is recommended to complete a project, but children can attend for single day to complete a smaller task. Â

Over the course of each day, children will be busy using ropes, wood work tools, pulleys and working with different materials (clay, wood, mud!). They may practice natural dye making, making shelters, exploring fire lighting and the different uses of fire.
​
A qualified Teacher&Forest School Leader and a Forest School Assistant will support and assist children with new knowledge and skills or by building-up on existing ones. Â

Bring a water bottle, a packed lunch and suitable clothing. We will provide equipment, materials and freshly prepared snacks cooked on the fire.
​
On the last day, children will have the opportunity to plan and prepare a two-course feast on the fire!
