This workshop focuses on physical and psychological preparation for a calm and confident delivery, including learning breathing, movement, and other techniques to help with the different stages of labour.
The workshop draws upon the works of alternative childbirth practices of the last 40 years, and will provide you with tools, make sense of the birthing process, and you will discover a new way to view childbirth.
Birthing partners are encouraged to attend, but equally it is fine to attend alone. (partners are not charged).
