NEW TOWN KINGS – Making a welcome return to Cambridge, the Essex-based New Town Kings collective are re-uniting with the Last Gang In Town crew to bring you another night of full on skanking with their unique, infectious and energetic brand of Ska and Reggae.
Since 2006 this 9 piece have been rocking venues and festivals across the UK and Europe and sharing the stage with bands including The Slackers, The Aggrolites, Gentlemen’s Dub Club and The Skints to name a few.
Emphatically blending old-school Jamaican rhythms with a fresh dose of UK-inspired Ska, the New Town Kings’ sound ranges from mellow, chilled-out Reggae reminiscent of Gregory Isaacs, to thumping dub, and to upbeat party-fuelled Ska anthems of a similar vein to The Specials – all delivered with an expert ability and that all important punk-rock attitude.

FAINTEST IDEA – Faintest Idea are a fast explosive punk and ska band with deep, hard hitting dual vocals and addictive brass. Mixing an exciting concoction of their influences - The Filaments, Rancid, Inner Terrestrials, The Specials etc this band has its own sonic blast punk injected sound that is too rare to comprehend on its own! Visiting Cambridge as part of their album release tour for ‘Increasing the Minimum Rage’ out on TNS Records, these guys are full of energy and will get you on the dancefloor.

JAKE AND THE JELLYFISH - Jake and the jellyfish are a four piece hailing straight outta Leeds. Armed with foot stomping folk tunes, "sing your heart out" punk anthems and a hint of ska, they’ve toured extensively in a beat up old post office van bringing an energetic atmosphere and drunken sing alongs to venues across the UK and Mainland Europe.
