This December, Broken Glass Theatre Company are excited to bring their original fairytale, Glass Mountain, to the Cambridge Leper Chapel for an afternoon spectacular of fairies, wolves, witches and cats. A family friendly production, Glass Mountain has delighted audiences of all ages at venues across the UK, and now brings its festive magic to Cambridge this winter.

An original fairytale, the production draws on material from the Brothers Grimm and Hans Christian Andersen to tell a new tale: the story of Little Hans, the boy who knows no fear, as he travels to the other side of the Darkling Wood. Hans is in pursuit of his true love Lind, who is on her own journey: to the Glass Mountain to fly with the witches. An encounter with witches, fairies, cat-hunters and bone-boilers, the show will spellbind young and old alike.

We are able to offer free tickets for children aged between 6 and 12, accompanied by 1 paying adult per child. To book, please email familytickets@brokenglassplay.co.uk. The Chapel is a small and intimate venue, so please book early to avoid disappointment! The production is suitable for children aged 6 and over.

We are pleased to offer warm drinks and festive snacks, for a small charge, both before the show and during the interval.
