TIGERCATS
A band from London who try and play Jonathan Richman tunes in the style of Talking Heads, ending up somewhere between hi-life and lo-fi. Their new album, "Mysteries" (Fortuna Pop!) is a collection of sad songs you can dance to, full of contagious hooks and lush emotional workouts.

Fever Dream play dark, fuzzy, menacing music that blurs the line from noisy new wave to angular post-punk. Frantic shreds of guitar over that bass sound held together by mechanical drumming, all with a heart of pop.
