Fresh from their sell-out gig in Trinity College Cambridge, video collaboration with Basement Jaxx on their 'Power to the People' project, and ice-cool cocktail gig in the Cambridge Corn Exchange, The Dowsing Sound Collective bring their immersive, skin-tingling sounds to The Apex for the very first time.
The 'Surround' gig will feature c.120 singers and a tightly knit band of musicians performing a full length, straight through, semi-acoustic set – once in the afternoon and once in the evening. Welcoming special guests Megson (nominated for "Best Duo" at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards three years in a row) and tackling covers of artists ranging from Dry the River, Jose Gonzalez and The National to Primal Scream and Imagine Dragons, this is an event not to be missed.
Described by the press as "a harmonic phenomenon bursting onto the scene like a firecracker" and "gorgeous, soaring, ethereal".
