This is an over 18s club but there are still some rules for everyones safety
Body piercings, earrings, wristbands and other sharp accessories must not be worn as they pose a risk to yourself and our equipment. Jeans and all clothing with hoods, sharp zips or attachments are also prohibited.
Please wear comfortable sports clothing and socks.
There are payment options available if you wish to carry on just ask at your first session.
