Our programme will contrast well-known choral classics with some stylish contemporary arrangements of classic popular songs, including:
Blue Moon, I got rhythm, Autumn Leaves, Tea for two and Somewhere over the rainbow.
Alongside more traditional Tudor anthems; Vaughan Williams ~ English Folk Songs; Hubert Parry ~ My soul, there is a country; Never weather-beaten sail; There is an old belief & Eric Whitacre’s enchanting work Sleep.
Our concert will also include performances by Hannah Brock, a member of Aldeburgh Young Musicians scheme for advanced performers, playing the Guzheng!
